'Tis the Season For That Red Dress

Hope you are all having a great week. The holidays are getting closer and closer!

So how many have finished their Christmas shopping? My hand is all the way down when approached with this question. I have somewhat of a love/hate relationship with this holiday season. Of course I love it more than anything since my girls are still so little and it truly is magical to watch them open gifts and get so excited over Santa. But I cannot deal with the amount of stress buying gifts truly is. The holidays usually wipes me out, physically, mentally, etc. The rude shoppers, the uncertainty of what gifts to get loved ones, the long lines at the malls, I can definitely do without it.

On the other hand, I do love all the lights at night. People get so creative with decorating. I love Christmas caroles and walking down 42nd Street in New York City, visiting the Rockefeller Center tree, wearing Christmas themed pajamas. I love gathering with family, staying up late and of course sipping some coquito!

I got my Christmas dress early this year, thanks to Shein.com Its one less thing I need to worry about this holiday season. I have definitely mentioned to you all one too many times how obsessed I am with the off-the-shoulder look; so when Shein sent me this dress, I was in love!! I think I'll pair it with these nude pumps I previously purchased at Aldo and the matching clutch. And because the dress is off-the-shoulder, I will most likely wear my hair up to show off the shoulders. I love that not only is this dress off-the-shoulder but the slight slit on the right side makes it that much more stylish.  It is definitely the perfect dress for the occasion.
