Sunday Vibing in a Lace Up Coat

I had such a busy Saturday yesterday. Ariel and I finished Aylah’s and Amelia’s room. Yep, that's right! My girls have their own rooms. Amelia wanted a unicorn themed room and Aylah, I chose a ballerina theme. Although I am still not completely finished, there are still a few last minutes items I want to get to each of them, I was happy to have them in their own separate room. And they did great!

I usually try not to do much on Sundays but hang out with the family, however since I was so busy on Saturday, I decided to take an hour of the day and shoot a couple looks. I got this lace up coat from Shein and I could not wait to show it off. The weather in CT has been so brutal lately that this coat was perfect for keeping warm during this cold wave.

I paired the coat with a pair of ripped black pants and these pointed toe, laced boots that I also loved. Under the coat I wore a normal long sleeved black tee or you can also pair it with a turtle neck. This look was warm and yet stylish - super easy to recreate. I love this type of coat for outerwear because it is such a statement piece and can really transform your look. It is just so easy to slip on and off. This look is perfect for everyday wear. You can wear this for casual daytime event.
