Third Trimester Update

I can't believe how close I am to my due date! I feel this pregnancy has flown right by. Maybe it's because I keep myself busy, with working out, being a mom to a 2 y/o, working 2 jobs and maintaining this blog, I have no time to think! I am 33 weeks now and as much as I cannot wait to meet her, I am not sure if I am ready for her arrival just yet. I still have my baby shower to put together and we don't even have a name yet!!! I know I cannot believe I am saying that with just 7 weeks to go! I wish she would stay put until I am ready, but we all know that is not the way these little ones work. Instead of doing a look for you guy, as I always do, I thought I would update you on what I am experiencing at this stage of my pregnancy.

HOW FAR ALONG: 33 weeks and 1 day

MY BABY IS AS BIG AS:  a pineapple (a little over 4 lbs and about 17 inches long)

HOW LONG UNTIL MY DUE DATE: 7 weeks

CHALLENGES: Motivation to do daily activities and household chores, rolling over in bed, getting a good nights rest since I am a belly sleeper by nature, picking out a name, keeping up with my 2 y/o, sitting up, limiting the amount of caffeine I have in a day, and tolerating the sciatica pains, charlie horses and pelvis girdle pains

CRAVINGS: I have been eating a broccoli cheddar soup from Panera Bread every other day of my pregnancy. I love that soup more than ever. I have also craved farina (dominican cream of wheat).

BEST MOMENTS OF THIS TRIMESTER: feeling my little girl move, buying newborn clothes, watching Amelia rub my belly and talk to her unborn baby sister and of course prepping for her arrival.

PREGNANCY MUST-HAVES: a body pillow for sleeping, belly bands to put over my unbuttoned pants, Mustela cream for stretch marks, and of course bodycon dresses.
